Alaska Event Services, Inc. has been selected as the show service contractor for the 2025 Alaska Sustainable Energy Conference, to be held June 3-5, at the Dena’ina Civic & Convention Center.
Show management has provided you with a 6′ x 10 pipe & drape exhibit space that includes a 6′ skirted table, 500 watts of electrical service, a wastebasket, and two chairs. Please note: The exhibit space IS carpeted and the chairs are provided by the convention center at no charge.
If you require services such as freight receiving and handling, additional electrical service, or tables please place your order via this electronic ordering system. **DISCOUNT PRICING EXPIRES FIVE (5) DAYS BEFORE SHOW MOVE-IN DATE (Expiration: 05/28/25). ALL ORDERS TAKEN FIVE (5) DAYS OR LESS BEFORE MOVE-IN WILL BE CHARGED AT THE STANDARD RATE. All cancellations and removal of rented material after move-in begins are subject to a 1/3 restocking fee. There are no refunds for electrical outlets. All orders are subject to availability.
