Alaska Event Services, Inc. has been selected as the show service contractor for the 2025 Alaska Forum on the Environment, February 3-7, at the Dena’ina Civic & Convention Center.
Show management has provided you with an 8′ x 10′ display booth space. Included in your booth space is one 6′ skirted table, a 500-watt electrical outlet, and an identification sign.
PLEASE NOTE: The exhibit area is carpeted and chairs are provided by the convention center.
If you require additional services such as freight handling, more electrical service, tables, chairs, etc., please place your order via this electronic ordering system. **DISCOUNT PRICING EXPIRES SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE SHOW MOVE-IN DATE (Expiration: 1/26/25). ALL ORDERS TAKEN SEVEN (7) DAYS OR LESS BEFORE MOVE-IN WILL BE CHARGED AT THE STANDARD RATE. All cancellations and removal of rented material after move-in begins are subject to a 1/3 restocking fee. There are no refunds for electrical outlets. All orders are subject to availability. Payment in full is required before processing.
