2024 Arctic Encounter Anchorage


Alaska Event Services, Inc. has been selected as the show service contractor for the 2024 Arctic Encounter Anchorage, to be held April 10-12, at the Dena’ina Civic & Convention Center.

Show management has provided you with a 6′ table-top style exhibit space that includes chairs, but does not include electrical service.

If you require services such as freight receiving & handling or electrical service, please place your order via this electronic ordering system. **DISCOUNT PRICING EXPIRES FIVE (5) DAYS BEFORE SHOW MOVE-IN DATE (Expiration: 4/05/24).  ALL ORDERS TAKEN FIVE (5) DAYS OR LESS BEFORE MOVE-IN WILL BE CHARGED AT THE STANDARD RATE.  All cancellations and removal of rented material after move-in begins are subject to a 1/3 restocking fee.  There are no refunds for electrical outlets.  All orders are subject to availability.  Payment in full is required before processing.
