Alaska Event Services, Inc. has been selected as the show service contractor for the 2024 AGC Annual Conference Vendor Show, to be held November 6-7, at the Hotel Captain Cook.

Show management has provided you with a pipe and drape display booth space.  Included in your booth space is one 6′ skirted table, 500 watts of electrical service, and a wastebasket.  Please note that the exhibit space is carpeted and chairs are provided by the Captain Cook Hotel, at no additional charge.

**DISCOUNT PRICING EXPIRES SEVEN (7) DAYS BEFORE SHOW MOVE-IN DATE (Expiration: 10/30/24).  ALL ORDERS TAKEN SEVEN (7) DAYS OR LESS BEFORE MOVE-IN WILL BE CHARGED AT THE STANDARD RATE.  All cancellations and removal of rented material after move-in begins are subject to a 1/3 restocking fee.  There are no refunds for electrical outlets.  All orders are subject to availability.  Payment in full is required before processing.
